Deletha has been supporting mom and babies since 1994 as a mother baby and newborn nursery nurse (20+ years experience). Deletha’s passion to help breastfeeding moms and babies grew stronger after she encountered challenges breastfeeding her last daughter, April. Due to the lack of supportive resources, Deletha did not get the help she needed to achieve her breastfeeding goals. She wants to ensure other moms are aware of and have access to resources that help make breastfeeding successful.

Deletha became a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) in 2012 and an internationally certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) in 2014. She has been working with moms and babies in many different environments; from volunteering as a Lactation consultant at a local WIC office, teaching breastfeeding classes, and helping moms develop their breastfeeding dyads in a hospital environment. All of these experiences helped her develop her love and appreciation for doing what she does best: helping moms and babies achieve their breastfeeding goals.
